Remember the Maine

• Rye Whiskey

  60 ml

• Absinthe

  7.5 ml

• Cherry Brandy

  15 ml

• Sweet Red Vermouth

  22.5 ml

• Ice cubes

How to make

1. Rinse a chilled glass with absinthe, add some ice and set it aside.
2. Pour all ingredients (except absinthe) into mixing glass and stir well.
3. Discard the ice and any excess absinthe from the prepared glass. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
4. Optional garnish a glass with: lemon twist.
