Ingredients

Gin
40 ml
Fresh Lemon Juice
20 ml
Egg White
20 ml
Sugar Syrup
1 dash
Soda Water
80 top up
Crushed ice

How to make

Fill a glass with ice.
Add all ingredients (except soda) into a shaker with ice and shake.
Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Top up with soda.
Optional garnish a glass with: lemon wedge.
