Watermelon Mojito

• White Rum

  45 ml

• Fresh Lime Juice

  20 ml

• Watermelon

  10 ml

• Sugar Syrup

  20 ml

• Mint Sprig

  4 pcs

• Soda Water

  45 top up

• Ice cubes

How to make

1. Place watermelon, mint sprig in a shaker and saturate with: sugar syrup. Muddle until dissolved.
2. Fill a glass with ice.
3. Add all remaining ingredients (except soda) into a shaker with ice and shake.
4. Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
5. Top up with soda.
6. Optional garnish a glass with: lime wedge.
